We ensure the future of the ancient Greek art of Divination.
“Pythia Pyli” is mostly a scientific research. Greek Historical Archaeologists and other scientists, conducted it. They studied the ancient Greek Mantic Art and they discovered ways of its expression in out today’s world.
In a concise view of the ancient Greek world from the beginning of the Mycenaean times to the end of the Hellenistic period, we observe that all sectors of civilization have developed equally with a central axis of beauty, harmony and the positive as it serves human life. Thus we observe that the arts such as music, poetry, theater, but also goldsmithing, sculpture, angiography, sciences such as geometry, mathematics, medicine, astronomy, philosophy and theosophy but also the art of divination (The Mantic Art), have been equally developed.
Divination, as it was developed in ancient Greece, is not the same as the occult arts of the Middle Ages, because divination was not used for deeds but for prophecies. Prophesies were given to anyone who asked for them from the priests – mantles who had an innate gift of prophecy or from priestesses who were trained in the method of meditation or of the ecstasy ‘s as it happened for example, with the priestess Pythia. Even in this case, there are no myths about occult ceremonies or alchemies as the priestesses did not acquire a supernatural power that they did not already possess.
Interpretation of this was given by the Socratic philosophy about the soul and the world of ideas since divination is the knowledge of the ideas that pre-exist in the unconscious of man. So divination, according to Socratic Philosophy, exists as a possibility to all people and can always become their property under certain conditions. These are a function of the different expression of the unconscious in each person, of the involuntary or even voluntary elimination of the memories of the ideas.
Oracle of Delphi.
The greatest oracle in the history of mankind is the famous Oracle of Delphi. The name Delphi comes from Dolphins, since Apollo on his return from Crete, driving the ship with the Cretan sailors and craftsmen who would stay there to build his temple, took the form of a Dolphin.
During the 7th century BC. Delphi became the strongest and most economically strong city in Greece. 20 marble treasurιes have been erected to house the world’s most valuable and incomparably beautiful offerings. Every powerful city in ancient Greece had its treasury built in Delphi.
The Oracle of Delphi combined the Divine Mania of God, the ideal place, the navel of the Earth and of course the Holy Enthusiasm of the Pythians. Apollo, as the God of light, chases away darkness from the human mind and enables him to predict the future.
During Heroic times, the Oracle is not associated with a place, but with persons such as Tiresias, Calchas, Amphiaraus, Cassandra, or the spontaneous divination of the Sibyls. Over the years, the Mantic Art was associated with a specific and sanctified location and the “branded” Oracle Divination receded to the power of God and of the place. The individual is now in second place, and the Prophetic gift is transmitted through God and the attributes of the place.
Pythoness ( Pythia)
Pythoness or Pythia was the name of the priestess in the Oracle of Delphi who gave to mortals, amulets for the future on behalf of God Apollo. The sacred oracle of Delphi, or the temple of the god Apollo, was located on Mount Parnassos, surrounded by fir trees.
The first Pythia during the Tradition is the daughter of Apollo, Fimonoi, after whom many brought her name in honor. She was the first to invent the six-meter verse of oracles. They attributed to her the saying that was written on the Delphic username: “Know thyself”. Pausanias mentions Daphne as the first Pythia of God.
Pythia was originally a young Virgo. His habit of being elected a young virgin was interrupted when Thessalos Echekratis, coming to consult the oracle, saw the virgin prophetess and, fascinated by her beauty, abducted her and raped her. The then inhabitants of Delphi, by law, forbade the use of virgins. The service was then assigned to women over the age of 50, who had to wear the clothes of a young girl, in memory of the old prophetess. Before Pythia climbed to the tripod, she underwent a special preparation. It began with a three-day fast and on the day of the ceremony, it was bathed in the water of Castalia. She usually washed her feet and hands, and sometimes her whole body, drinking water from Cassiotida, the source to which Apollo had transmitted part of his enthusiastic power. Then he chewed bay leaves collected from Castalia and, as Lucian says, he invited Apollo not to be late to come and quickly submit the oracles. The presence of God was felt when the laurel of the door of the Sanctuary was first shaken and Adyton was shaken. Throughout the preparation of Pythia for use, the incense burners of laurel and barley flour also belonged. According to Strabo, when Pythia felt the presence of God, then the Priests accompanied her in front of the tripod.
When Pythia was prepared by God, she already knew how to list all the grains of sand and count the vast expanses of the sea. Then he would recite words many times, shouting, which words were collected by the prophets and giving them the necessary sequence to say the oracle. At the end of this process, the prophets accompanied her again to her room where she remained for several days, so that she could replenish her strength “after the fatigue of the Divine enthusiasm,” says Lucanos.
Pythia’s attire was simple. She did not wear perfumes, myrrh and did not know female luxury. We did not use oil or frankincense. “It just burned laurel and barley flour was her only ornament.”
What is Pythia Pili
Briefly, it is a scientific work to tell the future
Tell the Future is not easy. But PYTHIA PYLI does it. Pythia Pili is based on an algorithm, which correlates and combines:
the letters of the Greek alphabet
the inner energy of the Greek words and of the Greek language in general
the Platonic philosophy
Persons and myths of the ancient Greek mythology
The Pythagorean philosophy
Elements of Numerology
Elements of Junke psychology
It acts as a generator which appears random both mythological persons and Greek letters. This results in the imprinting of a divination. The divination is interpreting by a sequence of thoughts and associations.
In fact, it is possible for one to receive answers in hypothetical questions such as “if I act in this way, what will happen? Briefly, one can tell the future or can see about the future
So knowing all the possible future outcomes of his cases, the interested party can either protect himself or act in a better way so to achieve in his goals.
How was it created?
In order to create the deck of cards of Pythia Pyli, we combined the cognitive power of the past and the experience of the present. Our main goal was this product tell the future. We used as our main axes to create it, the following:
The naming has been done using the ancient Greek Alphabet in 24 letters
The 12 Gods of Olympus with their ancient symbolism
16 reference persons
The Pythagorean philosophy
Numerology
In total, “Pythia” contains 52 cards. The number 52 has a final sum of number 7 (5+2=7).
We created Pythia Pili in this way (through the power of the Greek alphabet, numerology and ancient Greek symbolism), to make it energetically charged from the beginning and ready to tell the future.
All the divination are according to the ideas and the knowledge that pre-exists in our unconscious but we cannot remember them. Through the Pythia Pili we recall them in our conscious world many of these ideas.
Just like as it happens in our dreams. In our dreams we put the parts of the dream in a logical order and we try to understand its meaning for our past, present and our future. Our goal is to bring back to our memory what we know and have chosen to live. Then through our free will we can decide how many of those that concern us exclusively and depend on our actions, we will follow them and allow them to take place in our future or we shall eliminate them as possibilities to happen.
Respect
So Pythia Pili is an energetically charged deck of cards. This is why it requires respect to use it. Always hold it with positively thoughts and faith in the higher humanity power. So, you will always throw the cards on a clean table. Before you have to burn incense along with bay leaves. You will also clean the deck of cards energetically by incense it with bay leaves.
The laurel combined with glory, victory and supremacy. In the ancient Greece and Rome, it was also a plant dedicated to the god Asclepius (the god of Medicine). The laurel or Vagia was Apollo’s favorite plant.
How to Pray: Close your eyes, relax, pray and shuffling the deck of cards. Meanwhile ask from your guardian angel or god to help you. Ask him to reveal you, through the Pythia Pili, the knowledge of the past, of the present and of the future of this person: 1. …..( say your name or the other person’ s name which you are interested in). 2. Whose mother name is (say the name of your mother or the name of the other person’s mother ). 3. Who was born on (date of birth) so that he/she can define his/her future and his/her life.
You should stop stirring the cards at the moment you feel inside you that your request is acceptable. Leave the deck on the table and tell the interested person cuts once with the left hand (hand of the heart). It is important that when cutting, the person who is concerned, does not have crossed legs and sits in a relaxed position. This way all of his energy i will go to the deck. After this process you start dropping the cards in one of the ways you have selected.
Divination is Art?
We now will explain why Divination is an art. According to Plato, our soul existed before we were born. With our birth our soul entered in our body and was bound in it. Our body, then, is considered to be the grave of our soul. Since the soul have seen the ideas because they existed before the creation of the body, it should remember them. However, in most of the cases the person does not remember them. The so-called déjà vu is an instantaneously restoration of the soul’s memory.
So divination exists as a possibility for all people, that is, it is their property. The difference is subject to the different expression of the unconscious in each person. It depends to the involuntary or even voluntary elimination of the memories of the ideas. So the following question may be asked. Is divination an art? So can it be taught?
In response to the above question, I quote Iamblichus’ views on “Egyptian Mysteries, 3.1 – 3.4”
First of all, Iamblichus informs us, that we should know that prediction is not a thing that belongs to becoming. Also is not achieved by the way of physical change, nor is it discovered and designed as something useful for the purposes of life. In short, it is not a human work, but divine and supernatural and is sent to us from above and from heaven. It is also unborn and eternal, preceded by self-existence.
So the best answer to this question is to know that the principle of divination does not come from bodies or physical passions. But neither from a certain nature and the forces for nature, nor from the human equipment or the habits that belong to it. Of course, not even from a certain art, externally acquired, which concerns the negotiation of a specific aspect of the biological state.
Divination’s entire prestige belongs to the gods and it is taught by them. It is achieved, in fact, with divine works or signs and contains divine themes and scientific theorems. Everything else is subject to instruments in the gift of the prophecy sent by the gods. That is, everything that belongs to our soul and body, everything that is inherent in the nature of the universe and in the specific natures. But some are pre-existing material order, such as space or some similar.
This way Divination is art. The art of divination is not taught, but liberated “when we are completely free, as if we were before captives and use a life freed from knowledge”
