Welcome to Pythia Pili. Use of the Platform implies acceptance of these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service or purchasing a subscription.

2. Service description
Pythia Pili is a digital platform providing personalized prophecies, inspired by ancient Greek mythology and divination. The service includes:
- Basic Prophecy — reading of 5 main cards and expansions
- Pythia’s Clock (Oracle Clock) — reading of 12 time positions (subscribers only)
- Pythagorean Triangle — extensive analysis of 13 positions
- Follow-up questions — up to 2 per prophecy
Prophecies are generated using artificial intelligence (AI), based on a card system designed by a philologist and researcher. For complete interpretation see the Disclaimer section.
3. Usage tiers

Each reading includes the basic prophecy plus up to 2 follow-up questions. Beyond these, a new question constitutes a new reading and is deducted from the relevant limit.
4. Contract formation
The contract between you and the Business is formed:
- For anonymous use: upon visit and use of the Platform
- For Friend registration: upon email verification through magic link
- For subscriptions: upon successful completion of payment via Stripe
To form a contract you must be at least 18 years old. The Platform is intended exclusively for adults and use by minors is not permitted. Accounts found to belong to minors will be deleted immediately.
5. Payments and invoicing
- All prices are in EURO (€) and include applicable VAT
- Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (PCI-DSS Level 1)
- Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- For each transaction a legal tax document (receipt or invoice) is issued through Elorus, automatically transmitted to Greek myDATA tax system
- The receipt is sent to your email within minutes of completing the transaction
6. Subscriptions — Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions (monthly/yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel before expiration.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing pythiapili@gmail.com with the subject “Cancel subscription” and your account email address.
After cancellation:
- You retain full access until the end of the current period you have already paid for
- You will never be charged again
- No refund is provided for the remaining period
7. Refund policy
IMPORTANT: By purchasing any service on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:
“I agree that the service starts immediately and I acknowledge that I lose the right to 14-day withdrawal as soon as I receive my first prophecy.”
This explicit consent is provided during checkout. Pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 3l of Greek Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, the right of 14-day withdrawal does not apply to digital services that have already begun with the consumer’s explicit consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right.
Therefore:
- For Single Reading (€3.00): Not refundable after the prophecy is consumed
- For subscriptions (€14.99 / €129.00): Not refundable for the current period. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal
Refunds are issued only in cases of technical problems that completely prevented service delivery — e.g. if the subscription was activated but you could never receive a prophecy due to a fault. In this case contact pythiapili@gmail.com.
8. Disclaimer — Nature of Prophecies
Pythia Pili provides services of an entertainment and self-knowledge nature.
The prophecies DO NOT constitute:
- Medical advice or diagnosis
- Legal advice
- Psychological or psychiatric treatment
- Investment, financial, or tax advice
- Scientific prediction of future events
No decision regarding health, finances, legal status, relationships, work, or any other serious matter should be based solely on a prophecy. For such matters, always consult a qualified professional (doctor, lawyer, psychologist, accountant, advisor).
Prophecies are generated by an artificial intelligence system based on the Pythia Pili card system. The Business does not guarantee the accuracy, truth, or fulfillment of any prediction.
9. User obligations
You commit to:
- Provide accurate contact information, including your age
- Not use the Platform for illegal or harmful purposes
- Not attempt automated or bulk usage (bots, scraping, etc.)
- Not share your account with third parties
- Not attempt to bypass usage limits (rate limits)
Violation of the above results in immediate account termination, without right to refund.
10. Intellectual property
All content of the Platform — system of 52 cards, interpretations, artwork (paintings, illustrations), texts, software, design — is intellectual property of the Business or its creators and is protected by Greek and international intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, copying, publication, or commercial exploitation of any element without written permission of the Business is not allowed.
The prophecies you receive are for your personal use. Storage and private sharing are allowed, but commercial republication is not.
11. Service availability and interruption
We make every effort for 24/7 availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled or emergency interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or due to technical issues beyond our control (e.g. AI provider failure, hosting).
The Business reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. In case of permanent termination of paid subscriptions, active subscriptions will be refunded proportionally.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Business is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
- Decisions made based on a prophecy (see section 8)
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
In any case, the total liability of the Business is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
13. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and competent courts
These Terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute that may arise, the Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply at your place of residence within the EU.
Before going to court, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
